About the game
A Stranger’s Journey is a text-based story adventure for iPhone. A stranger is stranded in a surreal world, without memories, with nothing but an old communicator. Through it, he reaches you.
The story unfolds in messages, like a real conversation. What you reply decides what he does. Timeline Shifts send him down entirely different paths and decide how his journey ends. There are multiple endings.
Sometimes he has to break off contact. Once he has faced his challenge, he reaches out with a new message. That way the story, about two hours long, weaves itself into everyday life. Along the way he sends pictures of what he sees: a world both breathtaking and frightening.
